We mostly provide software and services those are usually  non-refundable.
 
However, some tangible items you can find in this website have a simple and clear shipping and return policies
 
Shipping:
We use UPS, USPS or Fedex services. Customers will be provided tracking numbers via email.
Order processing time is 3-5 days. Ground shipping takes 4-5 days to reach customers in United States.
So 7-10 days is expected to complete an order.
